What JST field service covers

• Installation and commissioning. Factory-trained support to install, test and energize new switchgear, transformers and substations.
• Field testing. Acceptance and maintenance testing to confirm equipment is ready for service or still performing to spec.

• Replacement parts. Sourcing of spare and replacement parts for JST equipment.
• Arc flash studies and mitigation. Studies to assess arc flash hazards and recommendations to reduce incident energy.
• Breaker repair and upgrade. Repair of existing circuit breakers and upgrades to current breaker technology.
• Onsite transformer repair. Repairs performed at your site to cut downtime and avoid shipping units back to a shop.
• Refurbishment program. Refurbishment of aging equipment to restore performance and extend service life.

Your Ryan Sales rep is the single point of contact from request to closeout. We gather the equipment details, nameplate data and site conditions, bring in the right JST service team, and follow up on scheduling, quotes and parts so you are not chasing the factory yourself.

Because we often sold and supported the equipment in the first place, we already know the application. That shortens the back-and-forth when something needs testing, repair or an upgrade.
