Overview
G&W pioneered the standalone automatic transfer switch in 1987 and today offers source transfer solutions ranging from a single padmount or vault switch to multi-switch, multi-source schemes with peer-to-peer communication. Configurations include Preferred/Alternate, Main/Tie/Main and multisource load shedding, with programmable restoration timing, open or closed transitions and synchronized return. Built on Viper reclosers and Trident/SF6 switchgear, systems carry up to a 5-year parts and performance warranty.
