416 NP Network Protector
The Richards MFG 416NP is a 125/216V and 277/480V deadfront draw-out network protector rated 800A to 2250A for secondary networks needing safe maintenance access, sold and supported in Texas and Oklahoma by Ryan Sales.
- 800A-2250A continuous
- 30kA AIC
- 30kA fault close
- 125/216V or 277/480V
- deadfront draw-out design
Overview
The 416NP is Richards' next generation network protector, evolved from the proven 316NP with deadfront design and heavy-duty construction. All energized components sit behind quarter-inch polycarbonate barriers with spring-loaded knuckle pressure contacts, and a motorized racking system allows complete mechanism removal without unbolting the enclosure door. Thermal capacity exceeds IEEE C57 requirements at 2250A continuous.
