Microprocessor Network Protector Relay (MNPR)

The Richards MFG ETI MNPR is a microprocessor network protector relay for replacing relays in Westinghouse and GE network protectors and for secondary network monitoring, sold and supported in Texas and Oklahoma by Ryan Sales.

  • 3-phase data acquisition
  • waveform capture
  • up to 8 analog inputs
  • 2 digital inputs
  • 1 digital output
Overview

The ETI MNPR is a direct replacement for electromechanical and solid state relays in existing or new Westinghouse and GE network protectors. It consolidates multiple protection modes into one device with three-phase data acquisition, real-time readings of network voltage, differential voltage, current, phase angle and temperature, plus waveform capture for harmonic analysis. Communications options include RS485 with DNP3 for SCADA integration.
